I don't have a touch screen on every computer I own or use.
This is so poorly conceived that I had to give my first 1 star rating EVER. It is so bad that Microsoft should pull it from the Microsoft Store just to save themselves the embarrassment of having such a dysfunctional App on their site. Is it any wonder that Apple is succeeding where MS is not?
